Multi Select Blocks
Workout Builder gives you the ability to select multiple side-by-side blocks for the either the purpose of pasting the blocks all at once to extend a complex interval pattern over multiple reps, or to save those blocks as a workout component that can be added to future workouts with a single click. To multi select a group of blocks:
In the image below the author is using Multi Select to record a VO2Max "hard start" interval pattern. The standard interval block doesn't work
for this task because it only has space for 1 "on" and 1 "off" sections.
